Allison Bailey, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Trauma Nurse Practitioner at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where she has provided specialized pediatric trauma care for nine years. She co-leads the hospital’s Trauma Clinic and collaborates closely with general surgeons and ICU teams to manage admitted trauma patients from the intensive care unit to discharge. Her practice focuses on the acute and longitudinal management of pediatric traumatic injuries, with a strong commitment to improving outcomes through evidence-based, family-centered care.

Caitlin Couch, APRN, FNP-C is the APP educator within the Division of Developmental and behavioral Pediatrics. She sees patients with a variety of developmental disabilities for developmental monitoring, disability supports and medication management.

Catherine Neyer, MSN, MSCJ, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Cincinnati Children's Hospital inpatient psychiatry. She is passionate about safety and best outcomes for patients.

Susie Beiting, MSN, APRN, CNP, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Surgery at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where she has practiced for 12 years, including the past four with a focused specialization in pediatric trauma. She provides comprehensive care for children with traumatic injuries across the continuum, from ICU through discharge.  In collaboration with two fellow trauma nurse practitioners, she co-leads the outpatient trauma clinic, ensuring continuity of care and ongoing support for patients and their families.

Zach Paff,  MSN, AC-PNP is a PICU APRN at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with over 20 years of advanced practice experience. His current professional interests include sepsis education and CPR coaching.

Caitlin Chicoine, MD is a pediatric rehabilitation physician. Her clinical interests include cerebral palsy, electromyography, and inpatient rehabilitation, including the care of children with brain and spinal cord injuries.

Carolyn Grad, APRN, CPNP-PC is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric sleep medicine since 2012.

Mark A Washam, RRT, APRN-CNP, FNP-C, PNP-AC is a Nurse Practitioner with the Pulmonary Division and manages children both inpatient and outpatient. His 13 years with Pulmonary have been caring for patients with a variety of chronic conditions, including non-invasive & invasive ventilation.

Katie Holtman, NP-C is an NP with our division of Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery here at CCHMC for the last 10 years. She runs an outpatient general ENT clinic and a Sensory Friendly Clinic for ENT patients in the area.

Betsy Gerrein, DNP, APRN, PPCNP-BC, NEA- BC is a Nurse Practitioner in Pediatric General Surgery, with more than 18 years of experience caring for patients with gastrostomies. Her clinical interests include quality improvement and improving care of patients with enteral feeding tubes.

Dr. Richelle R. Guinigundo, DNP, RN, APRN, CPNP AC/PC is Cincinnati Children's Central Line APP. This role was developed and she has evolved over the past 2 years. This role is house in both Pediatric Surgery and Cancer and Blood Disease Institute at Cincinnati Children's.  The role focuses on safety in all aspects of central lines to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Richelle holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University.  She is a dual certified pediatric nurse practitioner in both acute care and primary care.

Martha Willis, DNP, APRN-PC/AC, CNS has been the syncope program lead for 14 years. Her clinical interests include pediatric cardiology, autonomic dysfunction, syncope, electrophysiology, and mental health.
