• Click “Sign In”
• Enter the activity code: 30CITY

Logging into EEDS is required in order for your participation to be tracked and your CE credit awarded.

After the conference: certificates All attendees should complete the EEDS process and conference survey to receive credit.

• RNs, MDs, PharmD, and Social Work participants will receive their certificate immediately after completing the survey
• Respiratory Therapy and EMS participants (who wish to receive a MO EMS CE Certificate) will receive a separate certificate within approximately two weeks of survey completion
